CONDENSATION

Condensation and frost on windows is usually caused by the relative humidity (RH%) in the home being too high for the temperature outside.

Moisture is released into the air by numerous factors such as cooking, bathing, cleaning, and even breathing.

When it gets really cold, the colder air near doors and windows cannot hold as much moisture and the humidity in the air and turns to a liquid and then a solid.
